Your management team completes the Checkpoint survey, which is a 360° feedback analysis system. Each manager receives feedback from employees, peers, and bosses. The Organizational Management Analysis™ then consolidates Checkpoint information on your entire management team, all participants in the Checkpoint survey, to indicate the strengths and weaknesses of your management team as a whole. You will receive guidance and suggestions for further training and development to enhance strengths and improve on weaknesses.
