You determine the criteria by setting the benchmark for the assessment. When your candidates or employees answer the assessment, their responses are measured against the benchmark you've established. The benchmark can also be established using the responses of your top salespeople. Whether the basis for comparison comes from your top salespeople or your own answers, the benchmark can be adjusted and tailored for your specific situation at any time, even after candidates or employees have taken the assessment. You can then print out the revised reports based on the new benchmark.
Separate benchmarks can be created, each customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. Empirical data can be used to develop patterns that will tell you how well a job candidate matches your successful salespeople.

When a respondent completes a survey, the report is generated immediately.
